Surveys have repeatedly shown that there are two main sources of home seller dissatisfaction with real estate agents; first, that agents don't expose properties well enough to the market, and second that agents often don't clearly explain and document their marketing efforts. Such marketing, communication and accountability problems invariably add stress to the home selling process. -- a process that can occasionally be stressful enough even without such problems.

That said, I just want to emphasize that all my listings receive maximum exposure through all available means, including the Internet. I also keep my clients fully informed of everything I do so that uncertainty and stress are eliminated, or at least kept to a minimum.

Your goals, your needs, your wants and meeting them are the keys to our success in finding your home.  We will search the Multiply Listing Services daily, as well as using my database to locate possible sellers.  I will utilize all my resources to assure that you receive the necessary services to complete the transaction and get you into your home as quickly as possible, while keeping the stress to a minimum.
